Hey what’s up guys?!
A very quick video of my making of my few-days-lasting salad. It is extremely simple to implement your daily recommended amount of veggies in your diet through the preparing of a huge salad for yourself that will last for a few.
Go to your nearest grocery store and get yourself whatever vegetables you like, come back home, and start making your salad. Cut the veggies in whatever size and length you like, put them in one or two big bowels, and put this amazing salad in the fridge! Remember not to add any dressing, because the dressing will shorten the life-freshness of your veggies!
