Post workout!!Man my body is sore…lol It felt great, but I really need to work on my cadence to fully call it HEAVY DUTY!!!

You need to do the dead on proper form. The up phase is not so bad, but you are returning on the wrong way. how? you are bending your knees first when you should
return with your lower back THEN when the bar is coming to the knees you bend then. Well , someone can personally show you whats wrong. Keep it going, good luck
