Chest, Back & Calves Bodybuilding & Fat Loss Short 10-25 Min Training Routine – 6 sets of 6 reps (6×6) Workout Vlog 36 – http://www.HugoRivera.net – This weight training routine utilizes one large giant set consisting of chest, back and calves exercises for building muscle while stimulating fat loss.

Perform 2 Giantsets.

Perform 1-2 Giantsets. If you are a beginner, 1 round is enough. For intermediate and advanced, do 2 rounds. Rest 90-120 seconds in between Modified Giantsets.

The workout routine lasts less than 15 minutes if you only do 1 giant set and less than 30 minutes if you do 2.

Wide Grip Pullups to Front 6 reps
Incline Bench Press 6 reps
Standing Calf Raises 10-15 reps
(30-60 sec)

Close Reverse Grip Chin-ups 6-10 reps
Chest Dips 6-10 reps
Standing Calf Raises 10-15 reps
(30-60 sec)

Wide Grip Pullups to Front 6 reps
Incline Bench Press 6 reps
Standing Calf Raises 10-15 reps
(30-60 sec)

Decline Flyes 6-10 reps
Low Pulley Rows 6-10 reps
One Legged Dumbbell Calf Raises 10-15 reps
(30-60 sec)

Wide Grip Pullups to Front 6 reps
Incline Bench Press 6 reps
Standing Calf Raises 10-15 reps
(30-60 sec)
