I would like to share my own chest workout routines:

1. Flat Bench Press. Warm up with 8-10 reps. 5 sets. 8,6,5,5,3
2. Flat Bench Dumbbell: Warm up with 8 reps. 4 sets. 8,8,8,8
3. Incline Barbell press: Warm up with 8-10 reps. 5 sets. 8,6,5,5,3
4. Incline Dumbbell press: Warm up with 8 reps. 4 sets. 8,8,8,8
5. Pec Dec: Warm up with 8-10 reps. 5 sets. 8,6,5,5,3
6. Chest flys:Warm up with 8 reps. 4 sets. 8,8,8,8
