Chest and Triceps Workout Routine
Exercise 1
Slightly inclined dumbbell bench press super set with incline dumbbell flies 3 sets 8-12 reps 1:00 rest in between sets. Really focus on the movement itself
rather then the weight.
Exercise 2
Flat bench press 3 sets 12-15 reps 30 seconds rest in between each set. Pick a weight you can move for the rep range
but also be able to control it.
Exercise 3
Dumbbell pullover super set with flat dumbbell flies 3 sets 8-12 reps 1:00 rest in between sets. Really focus on squeezing the chest on
the extensions.
Exercise 4
Chest dips 3 sets until failure 1:30 rest in between each set, try to put the focus more on your chest by slightly leaning forward.
Exercise 5
Dumbbell skull crushers 3 sets 8-12 reps 1:00 rest in between each set, pick a weight that you can control and focus on squeezing.
Exercise 6
Single arm triceps extension 3 sets 12-15 reps 30 seconds rest in between sets, focus on squeezing at the bottom and really push your triceps down.
Exercise 7
Seated triceps push down 3 sets 8-12 reps 1:00 rest time in between sets, focus on the movement and squeezing with your triceps
