I found you through the FB page. This is an informative video and non-intimidating for those starting a home gym! I have the adjustable hand weights which I love-although it takes some time to get into a groove of adjusting the weight. One thing that has helped a lot in my bedroom turned home gym is gym flooring I bought at Walmart (I have seen on Amazon, Home Depot and Walmart.com)-I still use with a yoga mat. Blender Fitness here on YT is also great to stream all sorts of fitness videos FREE!! Oh yeah…Ross and Marshalls are good spots to snag a deal on smaller fitness essentials!

Great video! I've had those gliders for years. They're practically new…lol. I have to start using them. You have some killer arms! I just subscribed. I lost about 30 lbs. a few years back but have fallen off the wagon and gained 15 back. Just looking for great motivation and you are what I'm looking for.

Ted Pollard says:

Good video! You just gave me some good ideas. My Essentials is a good pair of shoes to walking or running shoes. I did not know what a big difference shoes would make in a work out routine.

Great Tips!! I definitely will be referring to this once we move to a home where we can have a bit of work out space. I think I would love it a lot more than driving to the gym…#YCOMHop

I love YouTube workout videos.  A lot of trainers, including the celebrity trainers, now offer DVD length workout videos for free on their channels.  I've created a playlist and I just stream it to my tv and get busy.  Definitely want to get a pair of gliders though.   #BBOYT

I need to get some weights to add to my workouts. #bboyt

LoveJonesy says:

I have weights, dvds and a yoga mat but I should add some more items that you mentioned. I wish I could have a jump rope but the people in the apt below would kill me hahah so I think I'll invest in that weighted ball. Great video! #bboyt

Libby’s Journal says:

If anyone is wondering where to get really cheap jumper looks like you colored and everything right now target has my little dollar area they have colored ones that are only like three or four dollars

Ebony says:

Great video!!! I just bought some gliders (with your link of course)! I would have never thought to pick those up.  I also feel an ab wheel and/or stability ball are an absolute must-have.

ptt218 says:

Great video! I had no idea what those glider things were for! I also have a small for home gym setup for those times when I can't get to the gym, or when I have to rush home for child care reasons and didn't quite get to finish my workout. I have a used spin bike and I just purchased a set of kettlebells (from Amazon). I also stream Youtube fitness videos on my Ipad (I do this at the gym too) or TV and that has been working GREAT for me to vary my workouts!
