This video visualizes the dumbbell shoulder press exercise. The exercises are mainly targeting the beginners. In this video the shoulder are mainly focused while practicing the exercise. The breathing should also be taken in consideration as when you lift upwards the breathing should be out and lifted downwards then breathing should be taken out. The beginners are suggested to start from 5-10 dumbbells initially for the first set and then increase gradually for approximately 15 minutes.
