Simple yet effective workout to build solid muscle to your legs! It’s based around the principles of progressive overload, time under tension and high volume.

Squat: 10,10,5,5,3,3,1,1
Stiff Leg Deadlift: 4-5 sets of 10 reps
Leg Extensions: 4-5 sets of 10 reps
Leg Curls: 4-5 sets of 10 reps
Calf Raises: 8 sets of 15-20 reps
