If you are more advanced, you will still get some learning out of it, particularly if you want to do a whole body session.

The exercises are chosen to be done either at home or in a gym. No complicated, large weights equipment. All you will need is a set of dumbbells. if you are at home, you can even just use a couple of can of beans. If you are at the gym, get a bench and some dumbbells and you are set.
