Pre-Workout Meal Example!
I had this meal first thing in the morning for breakfast which also happened to be my pre-workout meal. All of the nutrition information as far as calories and macronutrients, as well as the ingredients used with the amounts are in the video!

Ingredients:
2oz grilled chicken breast
1c cooked white basmati rice
90g frozen mixed peppers
3.5g coconut oil
150g egg substitute

Makes One Plate:
435 Calories
5g Fat
55g Carbs
38g Protein

Question: This meal seems very good to me as a Pre-Workout meal { sub for a
pre protein shake workout }. But It’s a huge meal. So I take it, I can eat
this say 1hr prior to going to the gym? After eating this, 1hr later I can
take a pre-workout energy supplement for energy and hit the gym. That
should take care of the nutrients i need while working out and after the
training, I can drink a post workout shake. Is that right?

I’ve been eating clean for over a half year now and im never going back to
baking with fat or junk food… If you wan’t to make your food taste good,
just use some low fat meat stock… Everything taste so much better with it
and no fats used. I steam everything and i love it.

and im going to put this to bed load of rammel besides any chance of this
being beneficial to a workout all I ser is food poisoning on the horizon.
Remember blood gives you a pump so the idea of a massive meal before is a
bad idea as your blood will be focusing on your digestive system plus it
will send trauma signals that release negative effects to the body wich In
turn will gamper muscle stimulation and growth its fact
