I’m newbie i just joined Gym 2 weeks ago. My purpose is to build arm, chest

I want to know the post workout meal perfectly.

1.) What dal should i eat most? Should i eat the same dal regularly?
2.) I’ve a tummy so ill completely avoid rice. Should i do that?
3.) Should i eat roasted chicken? A quarter is enough or not?
4.) I’m going to take all these stuffs at night coz i go gym at evening.
So, is it okay to take at nyt?
5.) I’ve man boobs , so curious to know after eating all these stuffs i
would not get a chance to increase them, ryt?

for the micro nutrients and dietary fiber. If you ate that meal 4x a day
you’d shit rabbit pellets every time you use the bathroom. One apple is
10-15g of fiber, a pound of broccoli is about 10g of fiber, 10g of protein,
10-15g of carbs.
