Duilio Abel says:

How many Eggs can you eat a day tho?, should you really remove the yolks?

The Amazing Bulk says:

Cholesterol will not be deposited in the arteries unless the individual has
high blood pressure longterm.Cholesterol is the bodies repair cement, this
is why it attaches to damaged arteries and leads to blockages but ONLY IF
Added to this fact, you will have
very little chance of having decent testosterone levels if your are
obsessed with having low cholesterol intake/levels.
You will not live any longer either. The bad rap given to
cholesterol is agenda driven.Wake up & keep your BP down to a reasonable
level and you can eat as many eggs as you like.

I’m so glad Jim learned not to speak in such a scripted fashion. IMO Jim
has the best advice on lifting, his articles and programs are all based in
real science. I like his videos as well, but the scripted sounding voice
makes me laugh every time. I still love ya Jim.

FreeD00M says:

i wouldnt cook the yolk s the fat could turn rancid. nd eggscan become less
healthy. If you want to know about the other side of the coin go
the NutritionFactsOrg website and search for eggs. They have some bad to
say about eggs.
I also found this to be interesting to get both together.
Short answer in my opinion. Soft Boil Egg white lightly cooked, egg yolk

1:33 pure definition of extreme overexaggerattion. Please, show us that
study, I’d really like to see it. I agree that eggs are beneficial to your
diet but please, keep this non-sense to yourself, Dr. Stoppani, if you’re
even a real doctor.

Dustin Householder says:

What if you have an egg intolerance?!

J Cruz says:

I’ve been working out for about 10 years lifting, core work and cardio and
I have had plenty of gains from smart dieting and programming. Although I
haven’t been able to have eggs in my diet even though I wish I could. I can
eat foods that have eggs as an ingredient but never plain eggs because it
bothers my stomach badly. Is there any food that is a good equivalent or
substitute to eggs? Thank you

Eat fat to burn fat. If yoou want to lose body fat, reduce carb intake AKA
reduce the spiking of insulin. Eat more fat. Sat. fat is not bad for you.
It helps burn fat believe it or not. Eat red meat. Do your research.
