Hey Leroy, thanks for the informative video’s man. I’m 22 been working out
for year now although i’ve always been tired and have joints issue’s and
recently i discovered that my illness is called “rheumatoid arthritis”
never thought it was that serious. Do you think I shall continue working
out? what should I do in terms of nutrition and supplements (which I know

hey Leroy was Arnold training full body 3 times a week ? Ric Drasin says in
his videos that when he was training with Arnold they did some kind of
split (back and legs, arms and shoulders and legs).
