Eating clean is healthier than eating dirty, so for the most part, I eat
clean.

Not sure I belive in bulking anyway, If for some reason you want to eat a
bit more, eat a bit more, simples.

self? That would be something else. I would believe he would get more views

Those guys who do the dirty bulk are just getting fat and are putting
strain on their hearts. It’s better to eat moderately and train hard and
allow your body to develop naturally like Leroy just said. Why would you
gorge yourself to gain weight and the next few months starve yourself to
take the weight off. Dirty bulking is a recipe for a heart attack if you
ask me.

The fat gain doesn’t bother too much. In the beginning it did, but the
strength gains made up for it. Sure, I can’t see my abs, but how cares. I
guess the point I was trying to make with my comment is that, like you
said, you will gain some fat no matter what you eat on you bulk. I do
believe gaining 1 lbs a week was a bit too much, but it’s no big deal. I
know how to diet. Not time will be different. Although, I do love the bulk
I have, regardless of the fat I’ve gained.

adding on fat

What exactly am I doing wrong? A surplus is a surplus, regardless if its
from brown rice and tuna or a cheese burger. One may be healthier than the
other, but I’m still going to gain weight from both. In getting stronger.
Maybe a 1 lbs a week is to much for my body to handle. Trial and error.

I know what you mean – but you should consider that not everyone is
following Leroy like maybe we do. People might see him in this video for
the first time, not knowing him and wonder who the hell this guy might be.

You mean, I can bulk up without gaining lots of fat if I eat clean food,
such as quality protein and clean carbs or fats such as rice, potato,
bread, oats, fruits, chicken, lean beef, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, milk
and nuts, ?? Giving sufficient time for the body to recover (sleep, rest)
and improve results by adding supplementations that’s works with the body
if possible such as fish oil, b complex, glutamine or BCCA’s etc.. plus
training hard and smart !
