almost 40 years ago, when i was in high school, my mom gave me a quarter a
day for lunch, plus a couple of PB&J sandwiches, 8oz carton of milk was
$0.04 each, so i was drinking 6 cartons of milk at lunch, i loved it! like
you said, the last year of school, i was farting up a storm after lunch.
then i found out about “lactose intolerance”, so i just ASSUMED i was
lactose intolerant.

Leroy, i’ll be 55 this year, and i want to start working out again, i’ve
stayed away from milk for the last 35 years, and it’s a good source of
protean, i’m gonna buy some milk and try a glass or two a day and see what
happens now, can’t be much worse than the 10-12 cans of beer i’ve been
drinking every day for the last 30+ years!

Leroy my Dear, I own a cow share and my milk is raw, pastured and organic.
My cow is never fed grain. Raw milk is loaded with great nutrients and
enzymes and probiotics and is very healing. It’s the nasty milk that you
purchase in the store that has been heated, homogenized and depleted then
has synthetic nutrients added to it , that is causing so many problems in
humans. I never have a problem with my raw milk and it’s helped me to
thrive more. Thanks for sharing and it’s always a pleasure to stop by and

Thanks Leroy, great information once again and your right you can’t beat
experience .Has anyone heard of the saying “To much of anything is bad for
you”. I always make sure I have a variety of different proteins from
different sources. But when it comes to milk raw is best. :)
