It’s great that Scooby mentioned working only one side of the body as an
aside. I’ve wondered whether the body would allow such strong imbalances
since I saw a character in Lady In The Water who has a massively developed
arm on only one side.

Is march too late? haha, my thing is i hate running, not tomention running
in the cold. And snow makes it impossible for biking. But now in march im
back on the bike i feel like i can make my goals by the summer time. Wish

Whole grains are bad, because they contain phytic acid which binds to
minerals and blocks them from getting absorbed unless you use sprouted

Hey Scooby! I have a question: I am a hard gainer and weigh 160 (dropped
from 173 for not working for half a year…kinda regretting it!). I am now
getting back into the routine… can you offer me some advice on what are
some good exercises to do to ease the introduction, or should I say
re-introduction, of bodybuilding so I can be more efficient in building
muscle?

haha used to be when i was a boxer, 10 k was no big deal at all and thats
just the cardio without training, now im all out of shape and cant even
pull off 2k. reminds me how much i lost in just 2 years
