But please try to differentiate the importance between information and
application. You can know everything… like Ian McCarthy. But your genes
determine everything. Diet, training, etc all compliment the body to
develop… but it doesn’t change the blueprint.

blue print have you. let me tell you about the NEW blueprint thats wrong.
