I really like your list. Interesting about the intra-workout BCAA’s 🙂
Yeah, I notice a huge difference in my workouts from when I do or do not
have beta-alanine so now I always either make sure the pre-workout has it
or just add it in. I don’t mind the tingles if it means less burn sensation
and greater workout at the gym.
