Very good video, I agree with what you say about the commitment you have to
make. When I did kickboxing on a competitive level I also supplemented my
training with weights. That way I wouldn’t be all skinny. but I’d get power
too. I’ve always found it easier to commit to a weight training program
than a running or sprinting regiment. Keep the videos coming though Leroy,
it’s amazing to partake in these conversations with you.
