i do insanity and am able to keep up and do it consistently but i do feel
someday were its a chore rather then exercise, then over days i feel the
oppsite and enjoy it.

Arjan Meijer says:

It is to intense for those lazy mother fuckers.

Markus Reinhardt says:

No offense..but High Intensity Training has nothing to do with whatever
Leroy is talking about…9:38 min that I will never get back.

Man says:

Watch all the CrossFit hippies get butthurt over this video. Nothing
replaces good ol fashion weight lifting. Leroy dropped gems here.

christian stinson says:

When is he going to talk about hit so he hade the first twenty one inch arm
that means what he said is rigth what he’s talking about has nothing to do
with hit Leroy do some real research about the subject before you talk and
look like a fool you can workout hard or workout for a long time but you
cant workout hard for a long time it goes to show you bb are idiots

KEYZER SOZE says:

Basically hard core Zumba

Sean Dunne says:

TheSalam1122 says:

i was hoping this was a video on high intensity training or HIT, as
prescribed by Mike Mentzer, Arthur Jones, and Ellington Darden. Not a
video on calisthenics.

Fredrik B says:

Very good video, I agree with what you say about the commitment you have to
make. When I did kickboxing on a competitive level I also supplemented my
training with weights. That way I wouldn’t be all skinny. but I’d get power
too. I’ve always found it easier to commit to a weight training program
than a running or sprinting regiment. Keep the videos coming though Leroy,
it’s amazing to partake in these conversations with you.

Ricardo Perez Jr says:

I got love for your truth Leroy! God Bless

Leroy discusses High Intensity Training and whether it’s good or bad for
you.

Firebird7478 says:

I had the Tae Bo videos and quit after a week because it bothered my
joints.

backnite1 says:

leroy should do a vid on how you should fill on rest days

brad ojugo says:

sometimes i will train 6 times a week because for me training is like
therapy.

Eugene Lee says:

Leroy is the voice of reason and experience. He has seen these fitness fads
come and go for decades. But what has proven to work is strength and
bodybuilding training. It has withstood the test of time.

Konrad Gorski says:

I completely agree with you Mr,Colbert

Neal says:

As usual Leroy talking proven facts

aquilonian says:

awesome

MTCG88 says:

Thank you Leroy. I believe that whatever fitness program one chooses, the
old saying “Less is more” is the way to go. Regardless, the focus on
recovery and nutrition has to be paramount.
