Cable flyes (3-4 sets 10-12 reps)
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press (3-4 sets 8-12 reps)
Incline Dumbbell Flyes (3-4 sets 8-12 reps)
Flat Barbell Bench Press (3 sets 6-12 reps)
Chest Dips (3 sets 6-12 reps to failure)
Barbell Pullovers (3 sets 10-12 reps)

E-Z Bar Lyind tricep extensions (3-4 sets 10-12 reps)
Dumbbell Kickbacks (3-4 sets 10-15 reps)

I have a very important question . Is it true that our muscles dont grow
during summers… ?? especially in Indian extreme conditions where the
temperatures can shoot up to 45 degrees during peak summer .This worries me
a lot because i started workin out in the winter , I would hate it if the
summer puts a stop to my gains . Is this a myth or truth ?

Did it take you a really long time increase your strength as much as you
have? I’ve been training for 3 years now (only in the past 1 year have i
been serious about it) i’ve lost around 36-38 kilos (my weight doesn’t seem
to go below 76 but i guess that’s cause i’m large dude for my height) since
then the max i can properly bench on a free weight bench is 60 pounds.and
80 pounds with dumbbells.now i know form is integral and i always
concentrate more on my form rather than the weight but i’m just
curious.Thanks!

decent video dude.But I strongly disagree with the form of your bench. I
expected a slicker form from you. I get it that you train for hypertrophy
and not for strength so I would not argue over your half reps bench. But
the elbows are frickin flared, both yours and the trainer’s. I also think
your grip is too wide and along with the flared elbows it puts enormous
amounts of pressure on your shoulders. No wonder you say that you do not
like the movement. Sorry for being the form police but had to be said.

sorry mate but that bench press is appalling, firstly you arent even doing
the full range of movement, and there is no pause at the chest, meaning you
arent even doing half of your chest muscles, no wonder your chest
development has been limited. also get rid of the spotter been constantly
on the bar, its making you have an uneven bar path which will result in
joint injuries and muscle imbalances, up ur game before even thinking about
posting to youtube and influencing young vulnerable lifters , its not fair
on them. Hope to see better in the future :)

hi shreyas…..im sudheer from kerala…i need ur help…im 19 years
old…i weigh 87 kg and around 5ft 6 inches height…i wanna loose weight
and build muscles..i have started traning…presently iam not going to the
gym…i do 30 minutes cardio followed by 30 minutes weight training in the
morning and 40 minutes weight training in the evening..will it be
ssufficient for me to loose weight? I will be very grateful if u answer
