http://www.HugoRivera.net – Short 15 Min Home Bodybuilding Chest Dumbbell Workout with Hugo & Rodzilla. Hugo & Rodzilla show you a short 15 minute shoulders bodybuilding workout that you can do from the comfort of your home to get some nice wide & round shoulder muscles. In this workout only dumbbells are used and the repetitions per set are fairly high 12-15 repetitions.

This is a great natural bodybuilding weight training routine that you can do from the comfort of your home for the purposes of gaining muscle and losing fat.

15 Minute Shoulders Hugo & Rodzilla Bodybuilding Workout:

Instructions: This is a fast paced workout, Only rest the amount of time that it takes for your partner to go through the set. If training alone, rest no more than 60 seconds.

Seated or Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Bent Over Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Superset:
Dumbbell Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell Front Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps

This routine should take you 15 minutes.

Thanks for the reply Hugo! Unfortunately, when I did my stat check this
Sunday, I couldn’t believe my % didn’t lower a drop since last week! Time
to adjust again… One question for you. When trying to lower your body
fat, why not do cardio every day until the desired effect takes place?? I’m
curious why you only suggest a few times a week… Because if everything is
done correctly as you suggest in your program, wouldn’t that speed up the
process… I’ve been doing cardio after weight training or in the morning
like you suggested…

Great vid especially to follow good form! I have your Body Re-engineering
program and I’m currently in the loading phase, and shedding down my 15%
body fat… It’s been coming down about .7% per week, so I’m excited to see
this progress since Jan 1st! Is there an ideal range you can shed each week?
