Here is a good split for beginners that I used for about 6 months and I got
pretty good results out of:

Day 1 legs, shoulder & abs
Day 2 off
Day 3 chest & triceps
Day 4 off
Day 5 back and biceps.

You workout every other day and repeat over and over. The only thing you
gonna be changing are the exercises and weight as you progress.

Hey @twinmuscleworkout how do you emphasise exercises to focus on the inner
pecs and lower pecs. For some reason my outer pecs have gotten larger but
my lower and inner pecs seem like they are greatly lagging behind. Is it
based on genetics to have the aesthetic chest lower chest and inner pecs
meet up? Or can I change this with different exercises? I am a 20yearold
asian, 175cm, 67kgs and have been gyming 6months and 3months into bulking
gained 5kgs and was 13%BF at previous 62kgs(New years).
