For everyone that’s still confused- do this every other day=
Chest- Bench press, 3 sets 6-10 reps
Lats- Lat-Pulldown, 3 sets 6-10 reps
Delts- Military press, 3 sets 6-10 reps
Bicep- Alternate curl, 3 sets 6-10 reps
Triceps- Cable-Pressdowns, 3 sets 6-10 reps
Legs- Squats, 3 sets 6-10 reps

not taken heed, because of stubbornness in their routines. Deciding to give

I love to workout everyday, i’ve been doing it for 6 months now to failure
on every set, about 20 sets a workout. It allows me to do plenty of
compound movement sets in each muscle group then a few isolation movements
and i’m still making gains. But how are you suppose to do a full body
routine and hit every single muscle? The 3 heads of the tricep in 6 sets
properly. Or your whole back in 6 sets? It doesn’t make sense to me. I’m
definitely going to try it because i have loads of respect for leroy, but i
just can’t see it giving you a symmetrical body

In terms of the weight progression, does Leroy mean you increase it per set
for the 3 sets? Or you increase it until you get to your heaviest and do 3
sets of that heaviest weight? Cheers

So Leroy means
10 reps @ 50% of 10RM (1 min rest)
10 reps @ 75% of 10RM (1min rest)
10 reps @ 100% of 10RM
for each body-part and then leave the gym feeling fresh

so simple and effective that most people will never try it or fuck it up
and do 10 extra sets.

Thanks for your fantastic videos.
I understand now 3 sets for each body part is enough, especially for older
guys.
( I am 66 years old). But, I need your advice about the training of the
shoulders.
Counts the whole shoulder as a one body part?
Or counts separatly as front delts, side delts and rear delts?
And how about the Traps? Is it a separat body part?
Please giv me a good shoulder exercise.
