195 to 181 but ever since then my weight has been fluctuating between 181 –
183. Tbh I eat 80% healthy throughout the day and do my weekly workout
routines. I’m not lean either, my abs are berly visible. Any idea why I

Does time matter? If i do intense sets and reps? I’ve been doing like 40min
and sometimes more. but sometimes i have to workout for a short time so I
try to get as much in as possible and try to lift heavy. but it worries me
because i don’t get sore at all and i know it doesn’t mean it didnt work

When I saw the cable rows exercise I thought I pull that in the gym. But I
didn’t see the other one. Just one of those represents my max with 2 hands.
Lord knows I would lose my arms if I tried those weights on each arm.

I hit chest and back together, alternating so
chest/back/chest/back/chest/back but doing this I can hit more weight and
reps on both exercises because they get a rest in-between… does this
matter? or would it be better to do the exercises consecutively but then I
usually fatigued quicker and hit less volume
