I have a problem: I have triceps tendonitis, which is taking a long time to
heal and I really neeed bigger arm in the summer. Back movements and fine
so they’re growing, but I can only do 1 excise with about 4 sets for tri’s
or else it’ll hurt again. Should that exercise be a bench press or a
isolator if my goal is JUST bigger arms?
