I say this at the risk of being misunderstood or perceived as jealous or
envious: I’m not debating that the lady has some natural beauty; that’s
pretty clear to anyone watching. It’s just that to me – the whole
environment seems more like a Bollywood setup (spotlights, fans & all)
aimed at making the actress shine. And I’m sitting here in my living room
wondering (with a few precious minutes to spare) “how authentic is this
video? Is this really what caused her to look like that or, was this just
something this “actress” did as a fly-by gig? How often does “she”
personally do this routine? I don’t know about you all but I like to be
sure of the effectiveness and authenticity of a workout routine so I
haven’t wasted precious time/days on it. I really wish she’d have some
personal live dialogue to connect with her audience while working out,
instead of a recording after the fact.

I give Bipasha Basu A++ for exercising for 30 minutes (in full makeup, with
heavy hair extension, tanning spray, plus something that looks like gold
spray on her legs) without breaking a sweat or turning red in the face and
managing to keep that smile on at all times through the exercise routine
and look as fresh as she started at the beginning of this ridiculous, time
wasting, nonsense exercise video that resembles a dance sequence out of a
Bollywood movie rather than a sincere aerobic exercise.

since im not used to activity. anyone know when they well stop hurting?
them hurting limits me to doing only about 10-15 minute work outs a day. i
need to get fit but its hard

I really don’t mind the makeup and hair blowing. This is a fun video to do
early in the morning when I just want to move a bit to start my day. I have
much more serious workout dvds/videos when that’s what I want. I like the
tone of this one, not overly amped up, good looking people to look at
(because who doesn’t want to be inspired by good looking people!) and it’s
pretty simple and straightforward.

Ok, so I love the workout. I had a question though. If I did this only,
everyday, would I see a difference in my body? Am 5 foot 3 inches and
weight 115. Am really skinny but I want to tone up amd loose some belly

I loved this workout! It was SO easy to follow steps and she even stayed
with the viewers for water break and theres so many things I can point out!
Idk why theres hate comments, it takes a lot of training, effort, and time
to make these videos. I lasted the whole 30 minutes following EVERY step
and I feel so great and burned a lot of carbs. I really believe in this
workout because its vital for a lot of body parts and theres special break
techniques so that you’re not overstraining your muscles and you get JUST
the right amount of fitness!

Beginner here. Had to stop at 20 mins. Great, fun workout! Don’t hate,
people! It’s pretty intense. And so what if she’s wearing makeup. I would
too if I was on camera. And the fans blowing on them… They’re lucky to
have them. I would’ve loved some fans blowing on me!
