video s výborným Frankem Medrano, který je dle mého vkusu ideálem ze světa
fitness. Popravdě, vůbec se mi nelíbí kulturisti, kteří připomínají spíš

I like what this guy does, but don’t make him out to be a god. Maybe when
he shows some impressive squats and power cleans I’ll respect him a little
more. Muscle endurance is a lot different than power. I can do most of
the stuff he is doing, but i don’t leave out heavy core lifts like bench,
squat, power clean, and push press. Everyone wants to be the best athlete
possible, and muscle endurance is only part of the full array of possible
athletic abilities that we have. Why not train everything and be more
complete athlete.

This is breathtaking. I’m getting into calisthenics now. My concern is
having the resources for it. There are lots of parks to go to but I hate
getting starred at by parents all the time. It is also freezing right now
in the DMV. I wish there were calisthenic gyms in the area. I’m sure there
will be in the future. If anyone can give me any alternatives other than
parks let me know. Amazing video Frank.

“Yeah, I’ve read it. It’s $20 and an absolute waste of money that doesn’t
tell you anything you couldn’t learn just searching from the internet.
He gives you one beginner routine and that’s it, and it’s as follows:
10 Pull ups
10 Push ups
10 Leg Raises
30 body Squats
30 second static pull up hold
10 dips
Done in rotation style, repeat 4 times.
Everything else is intro to what calisthenics is and some short passages on
motivation and whatnot.
Don’t buy it, ever.”

tbh, i think is body fat level is way too low, looks extremely unhealthy to
