Learn more about P90 here ▶ http://goo.gl/IcI7sF
P90 is for people of all ages and fitness levels who want dramatic, visible results. Tony Horton has now created shorter workouts that are simple, doable, and less extreme than his others, but still just as effective. So whether you haven’t worked out in a decade, or you’re just looking to maintain what you’ve got, P90 is your gateway to getting fit in just 90 days, without the pain.

P90 works because of a game-changing technique called Sectional Progression®. Tony eases you into a variety of cardio, strength, and stability moves that work the back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, and legs—and every move strengthens and flattens the abs. These routines don’t get harder until you’re ready for the next challenge. Then, just when you’ve mastered those moves, he ups the ante a little more.

*Hey kids, thanks for tuning in! Don’t forget that the key to preventing injuries is to be smart, listen to your body, stop if you feel discomfort and talk to your doctor if you have any unique medical conditions. As I always say, do your best and forget the rest!

pipuk3 says:

how has that guy not died yet , losing grip on one of those and cracking
his head on that concrete.

junak777 says:

When You are rowing on tradmill do it with just tip of fingers. In rowing
as You probably know the hand grip is quite different then in baseball for
example. Tony You have lovely outside and awsome inside gym. I wound not
change anything except adding swedish ladder(or Arrow’s salmon ladder) with
some curved plastic gadget as support for spine when soemone lift legs,
which You probably already have( but I haven’t seen them in video). Great
work from a great man! Happy holydays!

nickcef says:

Tony! That’s definitely a home gym on steroids, buddy! I see you own a few
of those weight bars. My gym here in the building has a set and I really
don’t know what the heck to do with those things;) Hint, hint: Maybe you
could show us a quick routine or two?? And my sincere condolences on the
passing of your dad. I remember seeing him in Trumbull, CT, when you did
that camp a couple years back.

Luis Fernandez says:

That outside is excellent

James Brinker says:

I am a tennis player and my dad has bought p90x3. Should I be doing these
workouts as my fitness program or should I be doing some other specialized
workout for my game?

Ramon Betances says:

First, I would like to say that I admire your work and Im really glad you
have a youtube page. I’m a big fan. Can you please do a video like this of
your kitchen? I’m struggling with the nutrition aspect of fitness and I
