Question, I do a routine at home, 3×20 weightless squats, 3×20 curls
(50lbs), 3×20 pushups, I’ll do them in that order 1 set of weightless
squats, 1 set of curls and 1 set of pushups until I finish all 3 sets of
each. Once I’m done I’ll either jump on my exercise bike for 20-30 minutes
or I’ll go for a mile jog. My question, I’ve grown comfortable with this
routine, would I need to add anything to it and what kind of schedule would
you suggest for a routine like this? Every other day? 2 or 3 times a week?
I’ve been doing this 3 times a week with a day break in between. Anybody
have any answers?

are doing it or is that only for abs? A friend of mine lifts weights but

of 10 reps rather than just a single set of 10 reps?
